On January 28th, 2010 we were home making pizza. We noticed someone was ringing our door bell repeatedly. A neighbor had stopped to tell us our attic was on fire. The fire was contained in the attic but the water damage as everywhere. We gave our insurance company the chance to treat us right but, they refused. We hired Full Recovery and we let them take over. I can't tell you how relieved we felt just knowing we didn't have to deal with the insurance adjuster. They offered us 154,000, Josh and Billie Jean settled our claim for 639,000.
We knew their offer was low, we had no idea it was THAT low until it settled.
