On July 5, 2009 I lost my home to a severe fire.  My thought was, this happens to other people not me.  As time went on I felt the stress of being thrown into something I knew nothing about, an insurance claim.  I met Josh Condit with Full Recovery Public Adjusters, he told me I might have problems with my claim.  I didn't have a good feeling but I also wanted to wait and see what the insurance company did.
Three months went by and I received my offer from Allstate, needless to say I was extremely upset.  It was much worse than I expected.  I hired Josh and Billie Jean.  I felt the stress go away and I moved on with my life.

It was nice having someone on my side, someone I could trust.
