Josh Condit, Founder of Full Recovery Public Adjusters, Inc.- We lost our home to a fire on March 11, 2007 and hired a Public Adjusting Company to assist in the preparation and fight with our insurance company. 

Until that time we had no idea what a Public Adjuster was. Josh was so impressed by The Public Adjusting profession and how they had made us whole again that Josh left the mortgage lending world and obtained his Public Adjuster’s license in 2008. 

He founded Full Recovery Public Adjusters, Inc. in 2009.   He loved nothing more than driving the state and talking to 100’s of insureds that had lost their homes or businesses to a devastating fire or storm.  It was truly his passion.  While he may not be with us any longer, his business and passion live on; as does his desire not to allow any insurance company to take advantage of their insured.
